Kevin Peacock joined the Scarlet Hawks women’s soccer program as head coach in 2005. Prior to coming to Illinois Tech, Peacock served as the assistant men’s coach at perennial NAIA power, University of Rio Grande. The Redmen compiled an incredible 62-1-1 record during Peacock's tenure on the men's staff which also includes a remarkable three unbeaten regular season records, three AMC conference titles, three region IX championships, and one NAIA national championship.
Peacock was a four-year starting midfielder and two-time captain during his playing career at Rio Grande. In his collegiate career, the Redmen amassed an overall record of 72-15-5 en route to capturing three American Mideast Conference titles. In addition, Peacock was a member of the 2001 NAIA Final Four club at Rio Grande. Peacock garnered such awards as all-conference first team, all-region IX team, and NAIA All-American before earning a bachelor's degree in sports and exercise science. He also earned a master's degree in education from Rio Grande and currently holds a NSCAA National Coaching diploma.
Peacock has had an extensive club team career, playing at the youth level for the Liverpool Football Club and at the junior level for Preston North End. He also played for Blackpool, the Bolton Wanderers, and Wigan Athletic.
Peacock, who also serves as the sports information director, resides in Chicago, Illinois, with his wife, Kristin.

Christie Ehrhardt joined the Scarlet Hawks coaching staff as the assistant coach in 2006. She has a deep Chicagoland background, growing up in Addison and playing for the elite clubs in the area, including CSP Premier, Cosmos FC, Eclipse, and Sockers Football Club. Christie is a native of Addison, IL and graduated from Lake Park High School in 2002. While there, she was a two-time captain and an NSCAA Adidas All-American.
Upon graduating, she played for the Division 1 school, Northern Illinois University. During her four years there, she was a two-time captain and a starting midfielder for the Huskies. She coached at many of the Northern Illinois camps, teaching skills to children from ages 5-16.
Coming straight from her collegiate career, she plans to use her playing abilities and love for the game to help improve the soccer program at Illinois Tech.
